There once was a time when I woke up, went to work, came home, ate fast food, and then settled in for a long night in front of the television. The results were not pretty. In the summer of 2010, I started eating better. In December, I started running. In January, I started taking a calculus class at the local university. Fast forward to May 2011: I’m 50 pounds lighter, I got through calculus, and I’ve run five 5Ks. I’m liking this lifestyle way more.

This blog is just my way of making sure I keep up the changes I’ve made. I’ll be posting about things I love to do and things I want to do.
